AticcoLab has organized a series of round tables on financing for startups that will offer seven sessions to discuss financing from different points of view.

Financing is one of the main challenges faced by entrepreneurs, especially in the early stages of a project. AticcoLab, AticcoLab's entrepreneurship support platform, focuses much of its content and activities on teaching how to prepare, present and close a round of financing. AticcoAticcoLab, focuses much of its content and activities on teaching how to prepare, present and close a financing round, something fundamental in the life of startups. It is necessary to take into account the variety of investors found in the ecosystem, considering their diverse and appropriate criteria for each type of startup or growth stage.

 

For this reason, AticcoLab has created a complementary content to its programs such as the Roundtable Cycle: "Financing for Startups" where 7 sessions will address topics on financing from different points of view: Business Angels, Corporates, Family Offices, Financial Institutions, Investment Funds, and successful entrepreneurs.

If you want to know in detail the different financing alternatives for your startup, you can sign up for one or more of the sessions. The events will be hybrid, you can sign up to attend physically or online streaming.

Tuesday, November 17 at 19h: Financing for Startups with Business Angels

In this first session we talked to Business Angels, how do they invest, how do they reach startups, what are their criteria? For this session we have prepared a round table with the presence of: 

Tuesday, December 1st at 19h: Financing for Startups, with Family Offices

In this session we will approach the subject from the point of view of Family Offices. What differentiates a Family Office from other investment instruments? What criteria do they use to invest? We will invite Family Offices to share their point of view and investment criteria.

Tuesday, December 15 at 19h: Financing for Startups, with Corporates

In this session we approach the topic from the point of view of collaboration with Corporates. What do startups bring to Corporates? What are the criteria for Startup Scouting? What type of financing do they offer, and in exchange for what? We have prepared a round table with the presence of three Corporate professionals who work with startups to provide and obtain collaboration opportunities.

Tuesday, January 12th at 19h: Financing for Startups, with Financial Institutions

This session is aimed at obtaining investment with financial institutions. What are the advantages and disadvantages? Which institutions are suitable for each type of startup? The round table of this session will be completed by 3 banking professionals who lead projects to support startups through investment.

 

Tuesday, January 26th at 19h: Financing for Startups, with Investment Funds

This session will be dedicated to Investment Funds. What differentiates them from other financing instruments? What type of startups are they looking for and at what stage? We will invite three expert members of different funds to share their experience and investment criteria for startups.

 

Tuesday, February 9th at 19h: Financing for Startups, Crowdfunding entities

This session is dedicated to Crowdfunding. What differentiates it from other financing instruments? When can we resort to Crowdfunding? What is Equity Crowfunding? Is it valid for any startup? For the session we will invite three managers of crowdfunding management companies to share their experience and investment criteria for startups.

 

 

Tuesday, February 23rd at 19h: Financing for Startups, the entrepreneurs' vision

In this last session of the cycle we will change the point of view. We will have three successful entrepreneurs, who have raised several million euros through different instruments, to share their investment experiences, their must and must not.
